ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has announced the sale of a new 80-meter (262-foot) custom project. This new superyacht will be built at the Ancona shipyard with delivery scheduled in 2026.
The exterior design is by Espen Øino, while the naval engineering is a joint effort involving Palumbo Superyachts technical staff and Hydrotec.
“We are delighted to be working with ISA on this exciting project. Owners are experienced and have a keen eye for aesthetics and a background in naval architecture. We can't wait to see the final result of this mix of skills and professionalism that will materialize over the next few years,” comments Espen Øino.
“This is an avant-garde, fully custom project, which consolidates our company’s presence in the international superyacht panorama and a new collaboration with Espen Øino, an undisputed professional in the sector, whose creativity I have always appreciated,” comments Giuseppe Palumbo, Sole Director of Palumbo Superyachts.
The client was introduced by Nicholas Hidiroglou of Parsifal Yachting. The pandemic and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, despite creating numerous problems in the yachting industry mainly due to their impact on the chain of suppliers and contractors, have not stopped the development and credibility of Palumbo Superyachts and its brands. Thanks to investments in research and development, technical production organization, and also to its solidity, the company’s order book has further increased by the recent signing of three contracts, with the addition of this important 80-meter project, which represents one of the largest custom superyachts sold in Italy during the present year.
The 80-meter custom ISA joins the other 14 boats, from 24 to 80 meters currently under construction at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyards.
