Custom luxury yacht builder Adler Yacht has appointed Philipp Pototschnik to the role of sales and marketing manager as the company prepares for the upcoming boat show season.

Raised in Austria and Italy, Philipp is polyglot with proficiency in six languages, including German, Italian, English, Spanish, French and Russian. His cultural background is perfectly suited to Adler Yacht, a Swiss brand that builds yachts in Italy.

Philipp graduated from the Business University of Vienna and undertook studies at Clark University in Warsaw and Lodz in Poland, as well as the London School of Economics in the UK. His professional experience in sales and marketing is particularly well attuned to digital strategies and social media, which are increasingly vital in today’s rapidly evolving luxury market. He has previously worked in the web marketing and development, renewable energy, health and luxury sectors.

His enthusiastic and forward thinking attitude are a great fit for Adler Yacht, a brand that has links to the automotive, aviation and marine sectors.
