Global Satellite inconspicuous self-contained tracker

Global Satellite showed in Fort Lauderdale the GSatMicro tracker, which uses the Iridium network. The GSatMicro has 256-encryption for security. It measures only 42 x 51 x 32mm, including a 2.5 Amp Hour lithium polymer battery and antenna, which means it’s easy to hide on even a JetSki. It comes with USB connection, push-button locating, pre-programmed settings and an SOS transmitter. The device, when attached to the starter, can disable the engine in case the boat gets outside of established boundaries.

Complete installation uses only two cables that run from the modem to the antenna. UltraVSAT antennas start at 75cm, but the Eagle Ultra is compatible with existing SeaTel and Intellian installations. Some of the new features include greater flexibility and seamless updates, robust Ku and C band coverage across the world and customized ‘month at a time’ service plans.
