Vanilla Ice Sees The Light
Vanilla Ice, the rapper best known for his mega hit Ice Ice Baby has changed his tune to Lights Lights Baby. Ice (aka Rob Van Winkle) appeared at the Yachts International’s Pavilion at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, promoting a product remote from his rapper image. He sang, played the piano and posed for fan pictures while promoting his new sophisticated lighting collection for Capitol Lighting.
Ocean Reef’s Vintage Weekend is coming up fast
We’re edging closer to the end of the year, but before we celebrate the beginning of 2013, there are a few notable events to make sure you don’t miss. One of them is Ocean Reef’s long-standing Vintage Weekend in the Florida Keys. Albany Breaks Ground For New Residences

Yachts International first met Miami-based architect and yacht owner Hakki Koroglu at Vicem’s Antalya shipyard as he and his wife, Randie, awaited delivery of their latest Vicem: Hull No. 1 of the new Bahama Bay 61 series. It was the third time they ignored the advice that you should never buy the first hull. We caught up with these experienced boaters again after they had a chance to cruise in Turkey, and they showed no signs of regret.
