Fort Lauderdale 2012: Mangusta 165

Builder Overmarine calls this model a maxi open. The Mangusta 165 is an awesome sight on the water: A powerful and stealthy yacht, she blends sportiness, utter luxury and relaxation. Built in composite, she flirts with speeds in the low 30s thanks to triple MTU engines and waterjets.

Built in composite, she flirts with speeds in the low 30s thanks to triple MTU engines and waterjets. Unlike a classic “open” yacht, she has a small flybridge, complementing a huge aft deck for fun in the sun. The impressive helm console takes center stage in the spacious main-deck salon, featuring big windows and luxurious low-profile furniture. Hull No. 7 of the series (the first, Salvaje, was delivered in 2008) and the newest Mangusta for a repeat client who previously owned a Mangusta 130, she is the first Mangusta 165 to appear at the Fort Lauderdale boat show.
